Wishing juma'h mubarak or eid Mubarak in Islam.
Is it bida'h?
Bida'h linguistically is an innovation, something new introduced without precedence.
The Prophet (S) said
“Whoever invents something in our matter which is not from it, is not from us”
(Bukhari and Muslim).
But “bida'h” in Shariah terms actually only has to deal with innovations in the “religion” itself
Points to be noticed!!
And this " bida'h" will not come under the practical everyday action like using micro in mosques or , mobile, laptop, computer, internet, etc ,
Which is not related to Ibadah
But now some ulama says;
types of bida'h which is related to ibadah
And some others says ;
there is no any type of bida'h Except bida'h zalalah
each group has evidences but it depends on how do you judge the quality of evidences that they have and the way they interprete their evidences
The group who defines type of bidah says this is act of good innovation and people will come closer by it.
Those who reject this says all bida'h is misguidance, and there’s no room for it in our religion. Whatever the Prophet didn’t do in terms of Ibadah and getting closer to Allah, we can’t either. So staying away from such acts is obligatory because it is keeping the religion free from unwanted innovation.

Now coming to the points!!!
Zuma Mubarak and eid Mubarak is it connected to the act of worship or act of greeting????
If it is connected to the act of worship then yes it is innovation in Islam which will come under ibadah and yes it is considered as act of worship then it depends on you which grp will u follow!!
If it is act of greeting as it also considers then there is certain things we need to understand !!
If it is considered as act of greeting
Hence the act of greeting in Islam is Assalamu alaikum which is mentioned in quran
" once Allah use to greet zannati when they enter in it that is " السلام عليكم"
If we use it it will be replaced by it gradually
As it is also said on eid day "Eid Mubarak "
As prophet asked to say "تقبل الله منا و منكم"
We will go away frm sunnah
we will be not flowing sunnah!!!
But in general term "مبارك" which means barkah or blessing
It is more often said in India Pakistan Bangladesh
Whic is also said in form of congrats and considering as general term
Like" good morning, good evening ,good night
so this is general way of blessing to someone
Conclusion:::
If we open a window then the door will be opened!!
Means if we replace it what we are asked to follow then we will be going away from sunnah and chances to adopt the "Mubarak " as it sunnah by replacing what we are asked to follow
Neither the prophet used it nor sahaba and they were more guided then anyone in sharia law
In my opinion;;
Do not get in troubles where the things are complicated or things are not clear
Follow the sunnah !!
