Is following hadith together with Quran compulsory for Muslim ?

If  you flow the quran then
There are less then twenty places Quran says ;;
Obey the Allah and obey the messenger *
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُول*
It means!!
If you follow the quran you have to follow the hadeeth if you don't follow the hadeeth you don't follow the quran
Because Quran is a telegraphic messege. many times for details you have to go to hadeeth
For example; Quran says give zakat!
How much??
Not mentioned in Quran You have to go to hadeeth for details
Quran says offer namaz!
How??
Nt mentioned in detail
You have to go to hadeeth
So anyone who says only follow Quran will not follow hadeeth he can not be particularly follow the Quran
So you can not be practicing Muslim until you follow Quran and authentic hadeeth!!

 And further Quran says!!

 ۚ وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا ۚ

 وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ

And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. And fear Allāh; indeed, Allāh is severe in.

And further Allah Almighty says about those who regret on the day of judgment
يَوۡمَ تُقَلَّبُ وُجُوهُهُمۡ فِي ٱلنَّارِ يَقُولُونَ يَٰلَيۡتَنَآ أَطَعۡنَا ٱللَّهَ وَأَطَعۡنَا الأحزاب).          :الرسول)

On the Day when their faces will be turned over in the Fire, they will say: "Oh, would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger

What they would say??
They would say we wished that we had followed Allah
We wished we hoped we had followed Allah

May Allah guide us before the time that  comes to end!!!
